Hello all.
I have the genome sequence of 3 non-conventional yeasts. There are several closed and draft genomes available which i want to use for -> Reference assisted genome assembly! **Can you recommend tools for Reference assisted genome assembly?** Preferable: -> multiple references can be used -> draft and closed genomes can be used as references -> phylogeny information not necessary Thanks |

Hi,
the only one I know is AlignGraph. Though I don't know if that fulfils your needs. Best |
