Default Best Cross species aligner

Hi guys,

Can anyone give me some insight on which is the best cross species aligner?

I am using sim4cc right now. It works great, however, I want output in the form of .psl files. I can do some post processing of the sim4cc output files. However, I was curious if other cross species aligners are better/as good as sim4cc and give psl outputs ( eg. BLAT, CAT, SLAM, etc) ?

Thanks a lot in advance,
