Smile Newbie in scRNA-Seq looking for advice

I'm a postdoc at the Francis Crick Institute in London. I am a cancer biologist interested in immuno-oncology. We are just about to start a project where we will be doing CITE-Seq on human lung tumours paired with bulk RNA-Seq and I am looking for any advice here; from tissue dissociation compatible with epitope staining to panels of antibodies to use and also perhaps analysis -even though this part will be performed by my colleague bioinformatician.

Looking forward to learning from the community!
