I am looking for RNA-seq data generated from non-normalized cDNA library. However, many datasets I have looked at do not show this information. How should I know that?

It'd be pretty rare to find an RNAseq library normalized like that. Doing so would throw off the resulting statistics due to increasing noise, so just get a dataset from SRA used for DE analysis. Having said that, you will find libraries that are either polyA enriched or rRNA depleted (this may be mentioned in the dataset). You might just search for "total RNA", since that's less likely to have any enrichment/depletion performed. -
