Target prediction of novel mirRNA

I performed small RNA-seq and got several sequences including well known miRNAs and some novel small RNAs. Some of them are predicted as novel miRNA and the location of them in genome are reported.

So next I would like to find the predicted target genes of these novel miRNAs from known reference genes. But most of target prediction programs are designed to predict target genes of known miRNAs.

Is there any good program for prediction of target genes of novel miRNA?
