Hi-
Is there validated CNV call set of NA12877 or NA12879? I've been trying to find them, but I could find CNV call set for only NA12878 ![]() |

I downloaded NA12878 from NIST, and they also have validated sets of small variations, but I didn't really find them all that useful. If anyone has validated CNV sets for those it would be NIST. They're pretty friendly. If you can't find what you are looking for, you could always email them.

Gold standards are good, but let's talk about silver. I recently decided to purchase silver. A friend recommended an original site for selling valuable assets. I have ordered some silver bars on it and I think I will order more.
