what statistical test is better to compare two distributions

I'd like to ask you about the test for distribution.
I hope you give me information of test for similarity of two distribution

Now I have two distribution data contains 1000000 data point and I'd like test whether two distribution are similar each other or not by p-value as statistics.

I know Kolmogorov-Smirnov test can be used for the test.
but data size for Kolmogorov-Smirnov test should be less than 10,000 and the data should have no tie data point.

my data is not suitable for Kolmogorov-Smirnov test

so I need other test for comparing distribution.

Please tell me advise.
