Hi,
I am wondering if we can use the PCR amplification primers which were made at our side. In theory, this can work properly. But I am worrying a little bit if there can be some problem with sequencing primer binding and PCR amplification step. Is there anyone who attempt this? Thank you in advance. |

Yes, as long as the sequences you use are the same as the Illumina sequences, primers you synthesize yourself work fine!

Is this also true for adaptors and sequencing primers?
Thanks Andi |

For the PE PCR primers, is it necessary to PAGE purify them?
