I am trying to perform differential expression analysis of two conditions on bam files from 50bp, SE sequenced mRNA-seq constructed libraries.
I am using mm9 as reference genome (UCSC)
Everytime I start Cuffdiff on Galaxy I get the following error report.
"Required metadata values are missing. Some of these values may not be editable by the user. Selecting "Auto-detect" will attempt to fix these values."
Any suggestions how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated!!
