    A postdoctoral position is available (1/1/12) in statistical genetics. The (PhD) candidate should be skilled in statistical genetics, genome sequence assembly and analyses related to genome-wide association studies and next-generation sequencing. Experience in population genetics and genetic epidemiology is considered a plus. Candidate should be self-motivated with strong English, computing, and writing skills.

    Salary will be determined by the successful candidate’s experience. There is an attractive benefit package. Mayo Clinic Rochester is a not-for-profit organization. Mayo integrates research with clinical practice and education in a multi-campus environment.
