Default How to calculate gene expression level

Hi, everyone!
I have the gtf annotation for mouse genome and rna-seq mapping to genome result(sam/bam). I want to know whether a software could calculate the genes' expression level based on these data.

Thanks for your time!

Didn't someone answer this same question for you last March?

If you are looking for NGS Bioinformatics software the Software Hub Wiki is a good place to start.
