Default Can Truseq DNA library get >1ug DNA library at last?

We make the DNA library with the Truseq DNA library protocol :end repair, A-Tailing, ligase, PCR enrich (11 cycles )。
input DNA: 2 ug 250-400bp DNA
Can get >1ug library DNA at last?

now we want to make the Exome Library with NimblelGenSeqCapEZ, NimblelGen require the library(illumina Truseq DNA protocol,11cycles PCR) before capture is 1 ug. And we do severl times ,find that it cannot get 1ug DNA after 11 cycles PCR. (NimblelGen LM-PCR1 is 8 cycles)

is somebody use the NimblelGen Exome capture library?

thank you!
