SureSelect All Human 50 Mb

Dear all:

I just started some exon capture experiments.
I used SureSelect All Human 50 Mb kit with 1ug starting DNA amount, and 24hr hybridization.
I did sequencing on GAIIX, PE76.
I found that my on target ration is only around 40% without extending the capture library regions. If I extend 100bp on either side of the capture library regions, I got about 63% on target rate. For depth, I got about 80% 10X coverage at base resolution.
Since I am new to this field, I am wondering how are those number comparing to yours.
