Default NGS Workflows

Hey everyone,

I'm fairly new to NGS and I am looking to gather some information regarding sample-prep workflows for the different sequencing platforms/applications.

I have been reviewing the different protocols, but I figured the best way to get this info is asking the sequencing community. I also think this might be useful to everyone else who is new to this stuff...

Thanks!

Default On second thought...

Do you think it would be even more useful to standardize the question/results a bit more? I do!!

I created a little google docs survey, it'll show the summary of responses after you take it. If you guys

Also if you're interested in seeing the response summary, here it is:

Let me know if the links don't work or something like that.

Guess no one was into this :\

Well, at the very least, I'll do the back end research and post whatever I find...
