Hi team,

any one have experince in Reproseq PGS Kit in Ion S5 system ,

we face some issue in low usable reads while running of some exp , I just would like to know what is the reason although the run show high loading % and reads for each samples ,

another question how can Increase library pool concentration during Purification process



any one have idea
