Default baySeq libsizes

Dear all,

using baySeq, which number do you usually enter for the library sizes? Is this the number of reads per sample? Number of reads mapping as single hits to your reference genome per sample? Or perhaps something else?

Thank you,
Gregor

Hi Gregor,

Usually it is the number of mapped reads.
