Default Question of small quantity of cell or single cell sequencing

We plan to sequence a small quantity of macrophage even a single macrophage by Solexa. Cells-to-cDNA™, a kit for the production of cDNA from cultured mammalian cells without RNA isolation, is to be used to get cDNA. Then cDNA will be fragmentated into 22nt tags and perform amplification for Solexa sequencing. Dose the pipeline is feasible or reasonable?

Default Minimal length

For Illumina sequencing (Genome Analyzer II), the nucleotide stretches have to be between 200 and 800 bp. Optimal length is 250 bp (both adapters included).
