Default Looking for Epicentre TotalScript Adapter sequences

Hello everyone,

I am looking for the adapter sequences of the Epicentre TotalScript RNAseq kit that was discontinued (I want to trim them from the RNAseq data). Illumina and Lucigen, which took over epicentre products, don't have them.

Thanks in advance.

Default TotalScript adapters

The adapters are basically the same 19-base sequences required for transposition of the Nextera adapter complexes into the dscDNA (5′-AGATGTGTATAAGAGACAG-3′)

I used to be in Tech Support for Epicentre.
