Default details in cluster generation

Hi,

I'm a french student and i have to present soon the principle of the cbot cluster generation protocol. Illumina tries to hide any detail of the protocole and is content with a little for explanations (1: Library fragments hybridize to oligos on the flow cell, 2: new strand synthesized, original denatured, 3-...)

I'm looking for documents able to bring me more precisions about the subject,

Thanks

There isn't generally a lot of information available about what the cBot is doing unless you dig into the recipe files. That can get you the reagent being used, along with the dwell time and temp. This site has an example of a recipe that appears to be complete, along with a short description of the reagents in a cBot plate (at the very bottom of the page). Hope that helps.
