Multiple peaks on both sides of 18S

Hello all,
I got back these results from the fragment analyser on total RNA from a plant (wheat) leaf tissue.

There are multiple peaks near the 18S. The one on the left could be chloroplast. But not entirely sure what those peaks between the 18s and 28s are. Any ideas? The RQN for this sample was really high. Thanks all!

Update: having asked others who have also done wheat leaf RNA extractions, they have confirmed the peaks at 16s and 23s are likely from chloroplast.
