BaseCaller program

it might be trivial but how the barcode file should be created for BaseCaller program invoked on command line?

I have created a file as follows

seq1,ACGT,
seq2,TGCA,ATA

but I get an err msg

BarcodeDatasets: Unknown entry in barcode list file: id_str,sequence,adapter

Moreover, the 1.wells files are in different directory
sigproc_results/block_X*

If I specify -i sigproc_results/block_X*

I get
Error - Unknown arguments:sigproc_results/block_X0_Y1332
and the list of all directories matching sigproc_results/block_X*

As all 1.wells files are not in a single dir, how to specify -i?
