Eland for Tag Greater than 32 basepair

Hi all,

Is 32bp the maximum tag length that can be handled by Eland?
I tried to build Eland for tag length 36 by modifying the Makefile:

ALL_READ_LENGTHS=27 28 29 30 31 32 36

But it has problem compiling after adding 36.

How can I make Eland handle tag length > 32 bp?

We've been using it for 75bp. Eland will align and throw out reads with up to 2 mismatches for the first 32 bases. After the first 32, it will continue to align and identify the remaining mismatches as errors.

No Makefile adjustments required. In our gerald.cfg we set USE_BASES all.
