    non tagged strain biases with HA antibodies

    Hello,
    I'm currently encountering a problem with my ChIP-seq analysis, for some highly expressed genes I have a peak on the ORF in the non tagged strain that I also found in all my other strains regardless of the protein studied. I wonder if some people have already encountered this kind of thing and if they know how to get rid of it. I'd like to do the peak calling relative to the input and delete NT strain biases before or after this step.
