Hi everyone,
I am doing my Ph.D. in biostatistics at the School of Public Health at the University of Toronto.
I have been working on transcript quantification problem on NGS data for about half a year as a short-term project. Today was my "Day-of-Destiny"; my supervisor met with my project coordinator, and gave me the "go ahead" to keep working on my current project for my thesis. This is EXCITING!
I know sooner or later I will run into brick walls. I hope I can get some help here when I need them, and I hope I can also contribute something in the long run.
Billy
