Hi everyone,
I'm John, an MSc Bioinformatics student at the University of Leicester (UK). I am working on re-analyzing RNA-Seq data from a prior publication using multiple pipelines.
I look forward to getting help with some troubleshooting, but also contributing to the community. Since I'm a total n00b to RNA-seq, thanks in advance for your patience - I'll try to be as thorough as possible with reporting code and searching for prior answers before bugging you all.
