Question Frozen Dynabeads

My DNA-bait hybridization reaction appears to be failing. The Dynabeads I am using were frozen once in their buffer solution upon delivery. Does this ruin the beads or has anyone had successful binding after a freeze?

I am using the Dynabeads MyOne Streptavidin C1 for capturing biotinylated RNA baits.
