Hi everyone!
I'm a new PhD student working on a Chip-seq-based project. I am a novice to Chip-seq. My goal is to discover the reason behind the differential behaviour of various cells when they overexpress some transcription factors (TFs), using the DNA binding patterns of these TFs. My Background is Biomedical Engineering, with emphasis on Bioinformatics. I am familiar with cell culture, PCR, R and Python programming and the use of command line tools. I also have basic knowledge of C++, Java, JavaScript programming languages as well as web development basics.
Please be Patient with me when I ask very basic questions.
