    how can i decide the exact start and end of rRNA on mitochondria

    Hello. I am using next generation sequencing to get mitochondrial genome of algae.
    I know how to determine the start and end of a protein coding gene, but I am confused about the start and end of a rRNA gene, 23S, 16S and 5S.
    After I find the relative region of the rRNAs by finding orf. What can i do next to find the exact confine of them? In other word, are there codons I can look for?
