    Seq of PCR product with great seq but one peak very low intensity

    Hello,

    I have not encountered anything like this before so I'm hoping someone could shed some light. I have a beautiful sequence for a PCR product and have noticed that although the rest of the sequence has uniform intensity, I have one peak that is so drastically diminished in its intensity that the software calls it a deletion, however, upon closer inspection the peak is very very small. What could cause this? Thanks!
