I want to process some mouse genomes on an ion torrent with a 10G chip and I'd like to use the variant caller plugin. Does anyone have any idea how long that could take to run on one of their servers?
Thank you! |

The PGM doesn't have a 10G chip.
Do you mean the Proton system? That will get you about 100M reads at 200bp; should take a couple of hours on the hardware that ships with the Proton (if you use the Life Tech variant caller). |

I was also wondering if there is any manuals or anything about how to use the torrent suite modules such as the analysis module
