In a recent work that we did at one of the large East Coast pharmas the sample prep cost for Nextera was reduced from $70 to $1.40/sample. We would be more than happy to share the protocol.

A colleague send you an email asking for the protocol. Based on your answer I would like to say the following: it would have been nice to include a disclaimer that you work for a commercial company, and that using your protocol involves buying a liquid handler from you. You did not include the actual protocol in your email but instead suggested a demo of your instrument.

Please refrain from using this forum for marketing in this non-transparant way.
