Hi all,
few months ago we have started to use the magnetic beads for nucleic acid size selecting during SOLiD library preparation. Now we would like to use magnetic beads for DNA/RNA gel extraction (agarose or acrylamide). Does anybody try to do this? I have a look at the literatures but I cannot find any useful information.
