Hello
Does anyone has an experience with sequencing of bisulphite converted DNA on Ion-torrent ? Is there any conceptual reason why this would not work ? Thanks in advance Arnaud |

Hi, Arnaud
We tried to sequence bisulphite DNA (PCR fragments). It works. But some troubles occurred with long stretches such as TTTT. Sometimes ion torrent sequenced it as TTT or TTTT or TTTTT or TTTTTT. |
