hello. i have 2 questions.
1. what would be the best way to evaluate if the cross-linking went okay for Hi-C (chromosome interactions)? 2. i read different things about the temperature of quenching the formaldehyde with glycine. some do it at RT, some do it on ice or with ice-cold glycine. i am not a chemist. why would the temperature be of importance? thanks for reading the post and your kind help!
