Hi Everyone,
I recently prepared three libraries, and after determining the dilution factors I did emPCR reactions using the one touch on 2 of them. Neither of them seem to have worked based on Qubit results (65% and 115% templated ISPs). I am not sure if I am adding too much of my library or not enough. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks Chaim |
