Dear Everyone:
I was wondering if anyone has tried using the Miltenyi uMACs One-Step cDNA kit (http://www.miltenyibiotec.com/en/PG_..._cDNA_Kit.aspx) to prepare cDNA for Next Generation (Illumina) sequencing. If anyone has tried this kit, and can give me any feedback on it, I would be very grateful. Also, if anyone would like to make a general recommendation of a cDNA prep kit for Next Generation Sequencing, that information would be appreciated as well. Thanks to all, |
