Hi folks,
our lab is getting a Roche FLX System soon and I wonder if the software shipped with the instrument is enough / appropriate for data analysis. Our main goal is targeted resequencing of disease causing genes with multiplexed (human) samples. |

We have used Nextgen from Softgenetics and DNA Star to analyse the FLX data. Some of the features are quite useful |
