In IGV, is it possible to display the six-frame (amino-acid) translation of the reference genome?
That would be helpful for assessing the accuracy of gene models. |

I contacted igv-help [at] broadinstitute.org . I got a reply saying that the six-frame translation will be available in the upcoming IGV 2.0 release, which you can access at http://www.broadinstitute.org/software/igv/wiki .
