10x genomics ans spike-in RNAs

Hello,

I would like to know whether 10x genomics platforsm add RNA spike-in sequences while doing the single cell RNA-seq? I was not able to find out this information online.

I saw few genes with Ercc in the gene list, however I am not getting whether they are spike-in RNAs or not. I have asked 10x genomics tech support but there is no reply, How to know whether spike-in RNAs are used or not.

Your kind help is appreciated.

10x Genomics does not use spike-in in their current single-cell RNA-Seq workflow.

I wonder what gene list you are reffering to.
