The upcoming release of Avadis NGS 1.3 will provide full support for analyzing deep sequencing reads generated using small RNA sequencing protocols.
In this webinar, we will describe the new small RNA read aligner, small RNA specific QC and filtering steps, quantification, and differential expression method. Since annotations for small RNA species are usually incomplete, we will describe methods to detect and classify novel small RNAs. We will also preview a new small RNA gene view that allows users to view quantification results and detect errors in annotation. In addition, we will show you how to use the multiple miRNA target prediction databases to identify targeted genes on which downstream analysis can be performed.
There is a session scheduled for Europe and Asia, and a different session for North and South America. Choose the webinar time that suits you best and register for free:
We hope to see you there!
