BEDTOOLS multicov, different reads count for the same ind on two experiements

Hi, I would like to know : is the result dependent of the number of files called ? I mean if I use 100 files in a first experimentation, and then I have new files that I want to add to my experiment, I redo the multicov with 150 files. The report of overlapping alignment for the first 100 files should be the same between the two results files, right ?
