Smile a simulation program that creates F2 genome

I am looking for a simulation program that creates F2 genome from two different strains.
For example, F2 genomes are created from parent 's fastq or vcf files.
The purpose of use is the validation of our linkage analysis tool.
If you know, please let me know.

Simulome might do it. Put both parent genomes into a single fasta, then use that as a base for randomly simulating a single genome that would be the same size as an individual genome.
