Default Cot DNA in capture

We normally add 5 ul of Cot DNA in our target capture. I wonder if anyone has experience forgetting to add Cot DNA in capture, or add less amount (40%) in to capture. What would you see from the sequencing data?

Any input would be very greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
