    CNV detection tool with HMM for Ion Torrent PGM data

    Hello Folks,

    I am beginner in CNV analysis field. Currently, I am searching for a tool that have been implemented with Hidden-Markov Model algorithm for CNV detection. My data is in BAM files generated by Ion Torrent PGM. Can any body recommend any tool?
