The UC Santa Cruz Center for Biomolecular Science & Engineering, home of the UCSC Genome Browser, has an immediate opening for a software developer for the new UCSC Cancer Genomics Browser and other exciting cancer genomics projects. The position might be appropriate for an experienced software engineer with an interest in medicine and biology, or people who are going through or have completed bioinformatics or computational biology training, biologists with strong and extensive programming skills and experience.
