The Max Planck Institute of Immunobiology and Epigenetics in Freiburg, Germany, invites applications for a number of openings at various levels --
including wet-lab positions and computational postdocs.
Our rapidly expanding Bioinformatics/NGS unit operates a deep-sequencing facility (HiSeq-2000, GA-IIx) and collaborates closely with leading research groups at the Institute and external partners. We are member of large epigenomics consortia with links to IHEC and the recently funded CRC "Medical Epigenetics". This environment provides excellent opportunities for collaborations with large network of interdisciplinary scientists (biologists, doctors, bioinformaticians).
