2500 Best Result?
Alright, per pmiguels bragging on his Miseq, here's a 2500 rapid run to beat. PE100 WGS on a human Truseq library, loaded @14pM.
So much good data.
Nice all the way down. 89% perfect, 98.6% <=3 errors
That was FCA, FCB wasn't too shabby either:
Run completed in 27 hours for both flowcells, from library and reagents loaded to starting the maintenance wash.
