The Department of Biostatistics & Medical Informatics (BMI), Bioinformatics Resource Center (BRC), and Carbone Cancer Center (UWCCC) at the University of Wisconsin-Madison seek applicants for the post of Bioinformatician. Applicants should have at least a Master’s degree, PhD preferred, in computer science, statistics, bioinformatics, or a closely related field. The Bioinformatician will be housed in the BRC, which is part of the UW Biotechnology Center, and will be an academic staff member of the BMI Department and will be mentored by world-class faculty in the department.

Applicants should send a CV and arrange for at least three letters of reference to be sent to Donna Burnett, Department of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics, K6/444 CSC, Box 4675, 600 Highland Ave., Madison, WI 53792-4675 or email to dburnett@biostat.wisc.edu.
