Default workshops/conferences for RNA-seq analysis

Hello All,

Can some one suggest workshops or tutorials or courses as a part of a conference where I can go more deep into learning RNA-sequencing data analysis?

Is ISMB any good? Can people please suggest from experience?

Thanks!

Talking ebi in Heidelberg, Germany

here you can find one workshop about RNA- and ChiP-seq

http://www.embl.de/training/events/2...ers/index.html

there is the same one also in Hixton, but the registration is already closed. Maybe you can contact them directly and ask if there still are some vacancies.
