P1 adaptor vs. Multiplex P1 adaptor
Hi,
Is it possible to use P1 adaptor, instead of Multiplex P1 adaptor, to construct a fragment barcode library? P1 adaptor is 18bp longer than Multiplex P1 adaptor, but Multiplex P1 adaptor sequence is in P1 adaptor. Thanks. Last edited by hfaoro; 03-26-2012 at 10:19 AM. |
